Disputes

Players must recognize and accept that the Random Number Generators in the site are responsible for determining the outcome of various events in relation to the Lottery Services we provide. The support manager, upon receiving your appeal, will re-review your dispute and provide you with the Company’s ultimate and binding decision within 14 business days after the appeal claim is received.

Governing Law

The User Agreement and the relationship between the parties involved in it are governed by and interpreted in line with the laws of the legal country of the lottery.
